Intro
Overview
Enqo is a chat-first AI-powered productivity platform that turns conversations into tasks. While the web product includes Kanban boards and task tracking, the mobile MVP focused on messaging to align with our strategy of seamless, communication-driven workflows. Designed for flexible team collaboration, it ensures smooth interaction between in-house and outsourced teams. My role was to strategically design the mobile experience, making messaging the foundation for future expansion.

Who did I collaborate with?
I worked closely with the product team and partnered directly with the founders to shape the product strategy and vision. By aligning design, research, and decision-making, I streamlined processes and ensured a user-centered approach.
Scope of responsibilities
I ensured that UX was aligned with product strategy, making the UX architecture a reflection of the founders’ vision and business goals. I drove user research, identifying key pain points and translating them into product opportunities that supported growth. I prioritized these opportunities, ensuring a human-centered, innovation-driven approach that solved unmet market needs while keeping the product focused and competitive
Challenge
Enqo just launched a web product and faced user frustration—they wanted a mobile app in addition, as the web version alone wasn’t enough
