Overview

Enqo is a chat-first AI-powered productivity platform that turns conversations into tasks. While the web product includes Kanban boards and task tracking, the mobile MVP focused on messaging to align with our strategy of seamless, communication-driven workflows. Designed for flexible team collaboration, it ensures smooth interaction between in-house and outsourced teams. My role was to strategically design the mobile experience, making messaging the foundation for future expansion.

I drove user research, identifying key pain points and translating them into product opportunities that supported growth. I prioritized these opportunities, ensuring a human-centered, innovation-driven approach that solved unmet market needs while keeping the product focused and competitive
